The Olympic Trials are HERE!
The U.S. Olympic Trials have begun! They started on June 15th and will continue through the end of the month. We start with Swimming & Diving, then move onto Track & Field, and then onto Gymnastics. Check out the schedule here: https://www.nbcolympics.com/schedule So far the swimming has been great, with many favorites making the Team again: Ledecky, Madden, King, Murphy, Smith, the other Smith, Grimes, Fink, Finke (yes...there are two!), Walsh, and Foster to name a few. Lots more swimming too! Team USA will take 26 men and 26 women to Paris for swimming. NBC will have the finals in Primetime all week. Diving just started with Women's Synchro Springboard last night. Our winners....Cook & Bacon! Is there a MORE American-sounding team name out there? I don't think so! Track and Field Trials start on Friday and Gymnastics starts on Thursday, June 27th.
