Day 0 - Paris Summer Olympic Games - Competition

 Competition for the Summer Games actually started on Wednesday of this week with Soccer, Rugby 7s, and some other placement rounds.  Competition continued today with Men's Rugby and Women's Soccer.

Team USA faced Uruguay in their match to try to get to the Quarterfinals and they dominated.  Baker and LaCamp were the stars for the Eagles (that's our Team Name....isn't it cool!).  Team USA won the match 33 - 17.  USA makes quarterfinals!



In the quarterfinals, Team USA showed its inexperience though and fell to the Aussies 18-0.   Team USA's Men are out of the medal rounds.




TEAM USA's Women faced off against Zambia in Soccer today and ran away with the game after 20 minutes.  Team USA wins 3-0

  • Men's Surfing
  • Women's Waterpolo

I'm looking forward to it all!  Team USAs Men have a good shot in Gymnastics and All of Team USA's swimmers have great shots at winning Gold!
